Téléconseiller – Temps Partiel
VideoDesk is an industry-leading SaaS company that helps businesses bring the human dimension into their online customer support with a videochat solution. As we are growing fast we are expanding our sales team to attend to our customers online. If you want to take part in and have a taste of tomorrow’s customer relationship management online : Videodesk is for you.
You will be required to work remotely 10 hours per week during one month.
What you will do :
– Attend to customers online and answer their questions via the chat module
– Schedule demonstrations for interested customers
– Share the information collected from customers with our management and IT department
We are looking for :
– Very good English and French skills (writing and speaking)
– A good level of Spanish and to a further extent of any other language is appreciated
– Very good communication skills
– Good sales skills (previous sales experience required)
– Profiles interested in Saas and with basic knowledge in coding are preferred
This job is very flexible : you work remotely and will only be busy if customers require your help.
